Turns out the rumors were true. Drake and Memphis rapper BlocBoy JB had a joint record up their sleeves.

Following several teasers and sneak peeks, BlocBoy finally unleashed his Drizzy-assisted single "Look Alive." Fans began speculating about the rappers’ collaboration several weeks ago, when the OVO boss made an appearance at a Memphis nightclub alongside the up-and-coming artist. Footage from the night showed Drake turning up to BlocBoy’s “Rover” track, as well as previewing a never-before-heard record; however, at the time, there weren’t many details about the cut. No one knew what the track was called or where it would land.

Fast-forward to Wednesday, when BlocBoy fueled collaboration rumors with a cryptic Instagram post of the OVO owl donning a purple bandana.

It was clear the rapper and Drake were cooking something up, but, again, fans were left without any answers ... that is, until Thursday night, when their rumored collaboration finally dropped.

You can listen to “Look Alive” now on iTunes or Apple Music. It's also on Spotify.
