SiR Drops a New Video for "Summer in November"

The singer's album, 'November,' arrives this Friday.

Just days before he releases his debut studio album, November, TDE crooner SiR has given fans another track from the highly anticipated album.

The cut, titled “Summer in November,” was released Wednesday along with its official music video directed by Karena Evans. The striking visual is presented with a split screen: On one side, we see the Inglewood artist exploring a snowy forest with his love interest in tow; on the other side, the scene is much more sensual, as SiR and his girl are shown getting hot and heavy while lying in bed.

SiR’s November album will drop this Friday. The project is expected to include the previously released singles “Something New” with Etta Bond and “Something Foreign” featuring Schoolboy Q. November will mark SiR’s second project release under TDE, which signed him in early 2017. Weeks after the deal was announced, the singer spoke to Billboard about what it meant to join the TDE family.

“TDE is the first group of artists to really shift things where people have to look at Cali different. And I’m a huge Ab-Soul fan—been a big Ab-Soul fan since Control System. I’ve been listening to those cats for a long time,” he said. “If I were ever to pull influence from anything, I would definitely pull from those cats. Their work ethic and their sound is just so unique. I felt like if I were to go anywhere that would be the best place for me to be able to expand creatively. So I wanted to be around artists who would motivate me to try harder. That’s my biggest thing—motivation. If I’m not motivated, I’ll sit here and not do shit, six months straight, and not give a fuck.”
