After the success of Volume 1 last year, CoOp are about to drop Selectors Assemble Volume 2 (due Feb 23), a collection comprised of UK dance music pioneers and current talent within the London Bruk movement. Founded by IG Culture and Alex Phountzi (aka NameBrandSound), the project exists to bridge the gap and serve as an umbrella to veterans and newcomers alike.

Over six tracks, the likes of EVM128, James Rudie and others vibe, groove and flex, showcasing their unique talents, creating the perfect soundtrack to start or even finish any Friday/Saturday night. To give you an idea of what we're talking about, we're sharing Miraa May and NameBrandSound's contribution to the comp: the latter's remix of  "I Don't Want Ya", a hyped-up, bouncy take on UK garage and bassline with more experimental electronic sounds thrown in, deftly balancing the two worlds.

And if you like what you hear, you can even see it live as Selectors Assemble has a show at Jazz Cafe on February 10, with tickets available here. Grab the comp here.
