The woman who accused Nelly of sexual assault is seeking an injunction against the 43-year-old rapper as well as his penis. No, really.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Monique Greene has asked the judge to order Nelly to stop sexually assaulting women the same way he allegedly assaulted her. Greene accuses the artist of executing a scheme that puts his female fans into vulnerable positions. She claims that during his concerts, Nelly will target “beautiful women of color […] with beautiful faces and curvy figures”; one of his team members will then approach the woman and invite her backstage. Greene claims Nelly was “particularly attracted to women who were resistant.”

Greene, who claims to have spoken to Nelly’s other alleged victims, said the rapper will begin to masturbate in front of the women once they’re in private. She said he does this “with the expectation that presenting himself would entitle him to sexual gratification and that the women were drawn to and could not resist his penis.” If the woman did resist, Greene claimed Nelly would sexually accost and/or assault her.

The rapper was arrested on Oct. 8, 2017, after Greene accused him of raping her on a tour bus in Washington state. Prosecutors dropped the case last month after Greene reportedly refused to cooperate with authorities. Several days after the case was closed, Nelly’s legal team announced their intention to sue Greene for defamation.

“Nelly recognizes the need for women who are victims of sexual assault of any kind to be heard and our existing systems changed […] However, this type of reckless false allegation cannot be tolerated as it is an affront to the real survivors of sexual assault,” Nelly's attorney Scott Rosenblum said in a statement. “Nelly has suffered very real damage to his reputation. He has incurred economic loss and painfully has watched his family suffer. As a result Nelly is planning to proceed with litigation as the first step in restoring his reputation.”
