Jay Electronica is hitting the road.

On Tuesday night, the New Orleans-born rapper announced an eight-city North American tour that will launch next month. Jay shared the dates in an Instagram post, which was captioned: “To quote the great PARTYNEXTDOOR... 'Come and see meeee for once.'"

It all kicks off Feb. 1 in Chicago and will include stops in Detroit, Toronto, Philadelphia, and Atlanta before concluding March 10 in New Orleans. You can check out the full list of dates below.

Fans have been patiently awaiting the rapper’s debut album for a minute now. Though the project, which is expected to be titled Act II: Patents of Nobility (The Turn), has been teased for years, the Roc Nation artist seems to be in no rush to drop it.

During a 2017 interview with Billboard, Jay spoke about the delay and how he refuses to drop it until he is happy with the final product.

“When it’s ready, when it’s ready. It don’t matter if Donald Trump say, ‘Put the album out,’” he explained. “[...] But I guess the question you asked me is what will it take. When it’s finished. When it’s something that I’m pleased with because regardless of the six billion people on planet Earth, even if I put something out and the whole six billion say it’s absolutely beautiful and I don’t feel OK with it, I’m the one that carries that. I have to be at a place where I’m pleased with the offering. So, it will come—it’s coming soon.”

We're crossing our fingers that “soon” means sometime this year.
