In the summer of 2017, OVO-branded signs began popping up in Toronto, promoting some kind of event or establishment dubbed “Pick 6.” The images immediately sparked speculation that an OVO restaurant was on the way; however, “a source close to the situation” told Complex that those rumors simply weren’t true.

Well, it seems the source wasn't correct.

On Tuesday night, Drake and OVO Chubbs hosted the soft launch of Pick 6ix, their new eatery at 33 Yonge St. Drake hit up Instagram with several photos from the event, which also doubled as Dwyane Wade’s birthday bash thrown by LeBron James.

“So proud of you and proud to be in business with you,” Drake wrote in a caption. “My brother @chubbsview congratulations on our new stunning venture @pick6ixto […] I hope the entire city gets a chance to enjoy this beautiful establishment.”

As of now, there aren’t many details about what Pick 6ix will offer. Now Toronto reports sushi will be on the menu and Montreal chef Antonio Park will control the kitchen. A representative from Butter PR also shot down rumors that the eatery would be open to the public on Wednesday. The rep said Drake and Co. have not finalized a grand opening date, but will release more details in the upcoming days.

Stay tuned.
