Boosie Badazz's life is one helluva rollercoaster. After spending five years in jail on drug charges, the 35-year-old rhymer was diagnosed with (and later beat) kidney cancer. But while Boosie is one of the top rappers in the hip-hop game, he still had one hill to climb — ice skating.
Boosie went to Instagram to share three heartwarming videos of himself learning how to master the blades. In the first clip (above), Boosie holds on to a red plastic walker that he calls "training wheels" as he attempts to ice skate.
But by the next video, he's all on his own as he hilarious repeats "I can do anything!" while gliding across the ice. (Although he still appears a bit shaky, he doesn't fall.)
In the last clip, Boosie arms hilariously flail around him as he skates. But surprisingly, he still manages not to slip and fall.
This isn't the first time Boosie took on winter sports. Last year, the ice skating novice learned how to snowboard. Although he wasn't so lucky that time around and ended up taking a tumble into the snow.
Like the rest of Boosie's life, his latest achievement is a story of triumph — except this time it's told in three Instagram videos. Next up, Boosie is set to accomplish another feat by making his acting debut in the forthcoming boxing film, Glass Jaw. The film's release date has yet to be announced.
