Offset is vehemently denying claims made by a woman named Celina Powell that he is the father of her child. The rapper is also saying that the woman is attempting to extort him for $50,000 in exchange for an abortion, TMZ reports.

Cardi B has reportedly hired lawyers and sent a cease and desist letter to the woman. In the letter, the lawyers argue that Powell's claims have caused financial harm to Offset, who has supposedly lost out on businesses deals that were in the works due to the allegations.

Powell recently took to Instagram to post a picture of a sonogram and write a caption saying that Offset was the father of the child. Both Cardi and Offset have denied the claims, saying that the Migos member has never personally met Powell.

Not long ago, explicit clips of the couple surfaced. One of the videos featured a naked woman and was allegedly filmed by Offset. The clip, which was supposedly hacked from Offset's iCloud account, fueled speculation that he had cheated on Cardi. The "Bodak Yellow" rapper seemingly confirmed the rumors while on stage this past Thursday (Dec. 28). Cardi remarked to the crowd, "I let a ni**a know though. You do that shit again, you gon’ lose your wife."

TMZ has also reported that Powell has previously made false claims that she was pregnant by rappers Fetty Wap and Chief Keef.

Cardi B and Offset got engaged this past October. Offset popped the question on stage at Power 99’s Powerhouse Philadelphia show.
