SZA proves yet again that she can turn any scenario into a magical experience. I think we can all agree: the woods are generally a pretty terrifying place. Especially at sunset. But with her new video for Vevo's LIFT series, SZA turns that environment into the backdrop for another stunning performance.
Plucking another song from CTRL's incredibly stacked tracklist, she re-imagines "Go gina" by singing a skeletal version with only the accompaniment of a bass guitar. This makes me want to hear stripped back versions of anything she's ever done (or maybe some of those 200+ songs left on the cutting room floor). This is gorgeous.
