It was just last week that Jordan Fall unleashed his first solo single "Savings" to the world, and today the IXXI artist and DJ is following up with the rest of his impressive debut EP, FALL 17 DEMO.

The five-track effort builds on the same atmospheric vibe we heard on the debut single, with Jordan's narrative throughout ranging from reflective (on "Mourning" and "Pain") to braggadocios (on "No Questions"). A personal favourite track comes in the form of "Reading Minds" which includes a bit of both, which starts out slow and longing before the beat and Jordan's flow simultenously switch close to the end: "You wanna date a star; I need space / Decide your fate / the sky tuns grey;  with sun comes rain; with love comes pain / my mind might change; my mind might change."

The majority of the production on the EP is handled by Jack Rochon and Ethan Ashby, with additional help from Sham, Jason Amos and Jordon Manswell. Jordan has been able to craft a sound that is both unique and polished for his first project, a trait that is rare among emerging artists and speaks to both his own artistic prowess and also the value of his close proximity to—and undoubted influence from—other more established artists including his IXXI cohorts Daniel Caesar and Sean Leon.
