Joji is a unique character.
We caught up with him before the release of his debut EP, In Tongues, for a short mini-documentary about his journey from comedic YouTube videos as Filthy Frank and Pink Guy to the gorgeous, serious music he's putting out now.
We ended up enjoying our conversation with Joji so much that we didn't want to keep it to ourselves. Much of it ended up on the cutting room floor after slicing together the original video, so we decided to share the interview in its entirety—all 21 minutes of it.
