This weekend (October 6-8) and next (October 13-15), Zilker Park in Austin, Texas is being taken over by the colossal Austin City Limits festival. This weekend's top names include Jay Z, Solange, The Killers, Chance The Rapper, Ice Cube and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. As you can probably tell from a festival on the scale of ACL (which pretty much shuts down the entirety of Austin, TX), there's a huge range of genres and sounds at play this weekend, from country and rock to hip-hop, R&B and dance music. Regardless of your inclinations, there's definitely going to be a whole bunch of stuff for you to enjoy, and probably a few gems you weren't expecting too.
Tickets for this year's two weekenders are rapidly running out. So if you're in the area but couldn't grab a ticket or you're on the other side of the world, you can still get a taste of ACL. Red Bull have teamed up with with the festival to livestream the weekend's treats on Red Bull TV, which you can watch above. Keep it locked for sets from Royal Blood, A$AP Ferg, Tove Lo, Danny Brown, DRAM, Run The Jewels and animated troublemakers Gorillaz. Not only that, but you can also find a hotbed of underground and up-and-coming talent across the three channels, including MISSIO, Xavier Omar, DREAMCAR and much more besides.
