UK club producer Curtis "Distro" Blaylock is back with a brand new single for Stateside troublemakers Hot Mom USA. The two-track release of "Lust" and "Liquor" (due Oct. 20) has its feet firmly planted in the shifting and overlapping worlds of UK club music, with just a hint of Jersey Club thrown in. Built a round some flutes and a popping UK funky percussion line, Distro's "Lust" snaps and pops over four and a half minutes of strictly UK vibes. In fact, listen closely enough and you can even hear the faintest hint of a grime influence sneaking into the mix. Keep an eye out for plenty more releases this year, both from Distro and his SOBAD crew.
