With Trip, the long-awaited follow-up to her 2014 debut Souled Out, Jhené Aiko incorporated an impressive fleet of high-profile collaborators to bring the trip-chronicling concept album to life. In addition to memorable production slices from Cashmere Cat and No I.D., Trip also includes guest appearances by Swae Lee and frequent collaborator/boyfriend Big Sean. Monday night, Aiko and Sean brought their Trip collab "Moments" to The Tonight Show with some help from the Roots.

"Moments," of course, is far from the first time the two have delivered creativity together. Last year, Aiko and Sean—billed collectively as Twenty88—released their debut collaborative effort. The album landed in the top five of the Billboard 200 upon its debut, making Sean's announcement in November that 2017 would bring a Twenty88 sequel no surprise.

Alongside Trip, which arrived mere months after Sean's 2017 solo effort I Decided, Aiko also released a short film of the same name. The film, co-written by Aiko and Tracy Oliver (Girls Trip), Aiko plays a poet named Penny who embarks on an impromptu trip with a man named Dante.
