UPDATED 11:09 p.m. ET: Denaun was just "trolling the trollers." Complex reached out to Denaun Porter, who said that his statement that Eminem was "done" with his new album was simply him joking with interneters who kept asking him about status of the long-awaited project. "They trolled the shit out of me the whole time," he explained.

"Anytime they come in there, they can expect to get trolled with any kind of question like that," the producer said. "I'm never the person to give up that kind of information. I might say, 'Hey, we're working on it' or 'Hey, we're close.' But I'm never going to be the guy that gives up the information. But they can get trolled."

We have another update on Eminem’s long-awaited studio album: It’s reportedly finished.

Eminem’s frequent collaborator Denaun Porter shared the news earlier this week on Instagram Live.

When asked if he was still working on Em’s highly anticipated project, he replied: “No, we’re done. How about that?”

This is great news for Em fans, as they haven’t received an album since 2013’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2; however, Porter refused to provide any information about the project’s expected release date. “Wouldn’t you like to know?” the Shady Records producer told viewers. “[But] I can tell you this: It’s amazeballs.”

Amazeballs? Just when you thought expectations couldn’t get any higher.

Porter’s announcement comes nearly a year after Eminem confirmed a new album was on the way.

“Don't worry I'm working on an album! Here's something meanwhile,” he tweeted last October, along with a link to his political song “Campaign Speech.” Since then, we’ve received a few details and hints about the upcoming album.

Back in July, Defiant Ones director Allen Hughes revealed Dr. Dre was in the process of producing a track for Eminem’s new project. Shortly after, 2 Chainz appeared on DJ Drama's radio show and confirmed the rumors that he will be featured on the album; however, Tity Boi later said he knew nothing about the project.

If Eminem's next album is, in fact, officially completed, it shouldn't be too long before we receive additional information.

The rapper is expected to appear on Pink's upcoming Beautiful Trauma project, as well as the Bodied soundtrack.
