Young Thug and Carnage delivered a hell of a nod to Napoleon Dynamite Thursday. In their new collab "Liger," Thugger laments the popularity of pet tigers and vows to go the liger route instead. Check out the new track, taken from their forthcoming Young Martha project, up top. Please do not actually buy a tiger, lion, liger, or similar animal. Leave that fantasy in song.

Young Martha, which sadly only consists of four tracks, is due Friday. Last week, Thugger and Carnage teased the Martha vibes with the official video for "Homie" featuring Meek Mill:

Thursday also saw the launch of Carnage's #BeyondWalls campaign, which aims to help with relief efforts in Mexico following this week's 7.1 magnitude earthquake:

Thugger also has a new collaboration in the can with Nicki Minaj, though it's currently unclear where exactly the track will land. In an interview with Dazed Tuesday, Minaj—who's currently promising that her next era will be her most impactful yet—had understandably high praise for Thugger's artistry. "I can't wait for people to hear that collaboration," she said.

In June, Young Thug dropped his excellent Beautiful Thugger Girls project and landed in the top 10 of the Billboard 200. For my money, no other artist in 2017 has released a stronger opener than Thugger's "Family Don't Matter" with Millie Go Lightly.
