It’s the day many of you have been waiting for. Skrillex has finally unleashed his remix of “Humble,” the lead single off Kendrick Lamar's fourth studio album, Damn.
The producer/DJ first played the record during his appearance at Form Arcosanti back in May. As expected, footage from the set eventually made its way onto the internet, causing many Skrillex and Kendrick fans to lose their minds. They liked what they heard and began immediately begging for its drop.
Several months later and the remix was still nowhere to be found. Some people wondered if it would ever get an official release, or if they would have to settle for the YouTube clips. Thankfully, Skrillex finally provided a vague but reassuring answer.
We now know “verryyy soon” meant “in about a month.”
