Sean Leon Drops New Banger "Vintage"

Off of his forthcoming EP, 'I Can See a Blue Sky from Here'.

Toronto rapper, Sean Leon, isn't planning to slow down anytime soon. Along with a feature appearance in Nathan Miller's essential short film,NORTHSIDE, the IXXI founder has kept fans busy this summer with a slew of dope new material. In just a few weeks, Maui Slim has delivered four fresh tracks, including the recently debuted heater, "Hollywood Tarantino Flow". Aside from his impressive audio leaks, the boy also had time to launch pensive visuals for an older mixtape cut, "September 7th", and even performed at Ryerson's Sundown Music Festival with the likes of Joey Bada$$, Miguel, The Skins, and local favourites, DJ Intrinity, Jayemkayem and The Sorority.

The content kept on coming today too, as Leon took to social media on Sunday afternoon to announce the release of a brand new single. Entitled, "Vintage", the fiery track showcases Sean's confident handle of hypnotic flows and menacing hooks over brooding, bass-heavy instrumentation. The song was produced by frequent collaborators, Bijan Amir and Eestbound, and is the first offering from Leon's forthcoming EP, I Can See a Blue Sky from Here. You can listen to "Vintage" below via SoundCloud and all other major streaming platforms.
