Lil Wayne has reportedly suffered from several seizures on Sunday in Chicago, according to a new report by TMZ.

Sources tell TMZ that Wayne was found “unconscious in his hotel room” at the Westin on Michigan Avenue after suffering from one seizure.

When he was admitted to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, sources say he suffered from another seizure. His team made attempts to get him discharged Sunday afternoon so he could make his club appearance at Drai’s Beachclub in Las Vegas. However, doctors advised against it, noting that he should stay on the ground for a few days.

Wayne has battled with epilepsy and his ongoing seizures throughout his life. In the last year, there have been instances where he had to cancel performances because of seizures. There was even one severe case when his private jet had to make emergency landings because of mid-air seizures. The cause has been traced back to his supposed lean abuse, a drug cocktail that he’s been consuming for the majority of his career.

After today’s seizures, Wayne was forced to cancel his performance with special guests Rae Sremmurd in Vegas. As of now, there hasn't been an update from Wayne's camp on his condition.
