If you're not quite awake just yet, this video should do the trick. On Wednesday night, Trina hopped on Instagram Live to deliver an impassioned takedown in response to, well, something. Even without much context, this footage is quite the motivator.
"What's good?" Trina said at the start of the clip that almost immediately went as viral as a clip could possibly go. "Y'all hoes want smoke, now you got it. Y'all hoes gonna respect my motherfuckin' name. I'm gonna start making y'all hoes bow down and kiss my motherfuckin' feet. Y'all bumass hoes."
A few seconds later, Trina delivered a line that's been widely quoted since the broadcast. "And if you call me a bitch, make sure you put baddest in front of it," she said. "Wackass hoes. Light the blunt."
Trina's frustration is directed at someone who's apparently "plotting and trying to get on TV," something the rumoredLove and Hip Hop: Miami cast member notes will likely never happen for one very simple reason:
Guess what? I am the motherfuckin' TV.
According to the Shade Room, Trinaβs Instagram Live moment was inspired by a disagreement with Twitter user @kimbrocmics86. The nature of that disagreement is unclear.
Anyway, this is the part where we alert you as to how much everyone on Twitter is fucking loving this. Check it out:
Trina's new album The One is due next month. In the meantime, enjoy the Instagram Live moment everyone is talking about:
