As the release date of Kelela's keenly-awaited new album Take Me Apart approaches, more and more details are beginning to emerge. It started with the reveal of the truly stunning artwork (which has somehow managed to top the gorgeous artworks created for Cut 4 Me and Hallucinogen), and has continued today with "LMK", the first track to be heard from the album. While it's rarely wise to pre-judge an album on the basis of just one track, "LMK" — with its deep, sensual bass lines and Kelela's voice sounding as rich, nimble and mesmerising as ever — bodes extremely well for the album.
