"Every Country" is the story of two differing approaches meshing together as Murkage Dave, one half of London club night/soundsystem Tonga, opens up with a wistful hook and verse in contrast with Brummie MC Jaykae's rapid-fire flow. The garage-licked song is produced by Skepta, and Jaykae shed some light on how the record came about: "I was in the studio with Skepta last year and he played me an instrumental—which I instantly gravitated to. With its garage vibe and Mike Skinner-ish influence, I thought it was only right to reach out to Murkage Dave. It's got the feel of summer 2002, with a summer of 2017 sound."
