Veteran rapper Trae tha Truth is set to drop his new album Tha Truth, Pt. 3 later this month, and he builds up anticipation today with the release of "Thuggin" featuring Young Thug and Skippa Da Flippa.

"Thug and I have a whole bunch of records from the past that haven’t been released and when we're cooling, it gives us vibes," Truth said of the collaboration. "I’m in the zone where I feel like I want people to enjoy the music and recognize that it’s a few of us out here with pure talent. Like I said on the song, 'We're trained to take from them because they wouldn’t feed us.' No one willingly helped us find a way to eat so we had to take. Take or be taken."

Check out "Thuggin" below and pre-order Tha Truth, Pt. 3 on iTunes. The project is due out July 21 and features additional guest appearances from Post Malone, T.I., Lil Durk, and more.

Trae tha Truth's Trae Day is set to go down July 21-24 and he's got some special surprises for those attending. More info below.

"I’m going all out this year for Trae Day. I have over 30 artists coming out for a free concert and the celebration will last for three days. This year I have an area for snow and ice so kids can sled, I have an exotic petting zoo with camels and other animals. We have 20 bouncy castles, laser tag, face-painting, and canoeing. McDonalds is giving away $10,000 in gifts and food coupons, and we’re also giving away a few Bump Boxes, a set of rims, school supplies and backpacks. There’ll be a truck giving free immunizations and HIV testing. We’re giving free haircuts, and on the morning of my album release, I’m taking kids and their families with me to the Children’s Museum. It’s a blessing for me to be able to do this. I never planned on having a holiday but to be the big homie and able to give back is super dope. When I came up I used to have that feeling like when you don’t really have anybody, it felt like me against the world sometimes. I hated that feeling to the point where I just said, 'If I ever had the opportunity, I would help someone not feel this way.'"
