Some smartphone footage captured at the Agenda trade show in Long Beach, California over the weekend is sparking rumors of potential discord within the ASAP Mob. Things kicked off with a member of the subreddit /HipHopHeads posting footage of ASAP Rocky performing “Telephone Calls” with some updated lyrics.
Two clips have been posted online, and both are from a vantage point too far away to clearly see ASAP Rocky. However, there are enough comparable clips of Rocky performing live for viewers to assume it’s Rocky’s voice rhyming the following:
“Telephone call from young Carti said it's lit/Call the young Lord A$AP Bari he a bitch.”

For those following the news cycle surrounding ASAP Mob, Rocky’s amended lyrics would appear to be in response to a graphic clip of Bari in a hotel bed with a woman and another man. Bari could be heard telling the woman, “You fucked my assistant, now you're going to suck my dick.”
After calling the since-deleted video a fake, Bari released a statement seemingly authenticating the video but also calling the clip “misleading.” As for the issue of him possibly participating in a sexual assault while being filmed, Bari said, “We have resolved this issue amicably among all parties as adults.” The Vlone designer said the parties involved were “friends.”
In ASAP Bari’s statement, he said he was disappointed in himself, and given Rocky’s amended bars in the “Telephone Calls” performance, it sounds like the feeling may be mutual.
