XXXTENTACION Released From Jail, Does Q&A With Fans

The Florida rapper answered questions and explained that he has three projects on the way during a 12-minute Periscope session.

After originally expecting to be released from jail on Jan. 19 following accusations that he assaulted his pregnant ex-girlfriend, Florida rapper XXXTENTACION has returned home.

Hopping on Periscope to share the moment with fans, he gave a 12-minute Q&A about his return, which he said actually took place three days ago.

Explaining that he had originally planned on renting a casket and coming out of it to announce his return, he ended up marking the occasion with a couple tweets and the Periscope instead.

"You guys don't know how sick I've been not being able to talk to you guys," he said into the camera. Addressing older fans who weren't happy with his rising profile, he added, "To my core fans that don't like the new fans, remember, this is a family. We are supposed to become a huge community. So you can't get mad at the new fans and want to be pissed off. Instead of getting pissed at them for listening to 'Look At Me' because it's the biggest song, guide them towards the rest of the music and show them the real good songs and really put on for me."

Sharing some of his plans for the future, he said that he has three projects on the way: "Listen, so there's three projects I'm coming out with: Seventeen, I Need Jesus, and Revenge. And then there's going to be Members Only Volume 3. It's going to take quite some time, but I'm going to give you one song."
