The worlds of Snoop Dogg, BadBadNotGood, Kaytranada, Michael Rappaport, and Donald Trump collide in a universe of clowns in the wild new video for the Nightfall remix of BBNG's IV standout "Lavender."
As high as my expectations were heading into this one after reading that description, this one delivers. Featuring a politically-sharp Snoop Dogg over BBNG and Kaytranada's jazzy instrumental, the song and video center around not-so-subtle commentary on the insane reality that is 2017.
"I feel like it’s a lot of people making cool records, having fun, partying, but nobody’s dealing with the real issue with this fucking clown as president, and the shit that we dealing with out here," Snoop told Billboard. "So I wanted to take time out to push pause on a party record and make one of these records for the time being."
