'More Life' Somehow Has Twitter Savagely Roasting UK Rappers

Americans can't take the heat, so they're dragging UK rappers using images of Mr. Bean and hot tea.

Twitter had a lot to say about Drake's newly released 'More Life' playlist.

Sometimes Americans are the worst. And for some reason, the international flair of Drake's new album playlist More Life has apparently prompted a revived debate surrounding American rappers versus UK rappers on Twitter. To make their case, some on Twitter have resorted to using images of Mr. Bean and shoddily animated cups of tea. Smh. See for yourself:

Thankfully, not everyone is down for the slander:

More Life features some UK input from Giggs, singer-songwriter Sampha, the amazing Jorja Smith, and (my personal favorite) an interlude from critically acclaimed Konnichiwa rapper Skepta. These features, according to a BBC News report released this week, have already resulted in boosted streaming numbers. For example, Giggs saw a 146 percent increase in streams from US subscribers over the weekend.

Still, some would argue that Drake could have gained something from cutting a few tracks from More Life.
