Kodak Black Kicks Off Super Bowl Weekend With the Back & Better Tour

Once again proving Instagram is his medium of choice, Kodak Black makes a surprise tour announcement.

A recently freed Kodak Black is using Super Bowl weekend to announce and launch his Back & Better tour. The Pompano Beach, Florida MC took to Instagram to confirm a string of dates starting this weekend. The tour includes stops in Los Angeles, Chicago and Houston.

Last week, Kodak announced he would headline his first show in New York at the Playstation Theater on March 1. That date will be included on the Back & Better tour, which will presumably take advantage of an increased tourist presence in Houston courtesy of Super Bowl LI.

Kodak’s single “No Flackin” entered Billboard magazine’s “Hot 100” chart this week at the No. 95 spot. As the tour continues, fans can look forward to the release of the Metro Boomin and Southside-produced “Tunnel Vision,” which Kodak showcased a brief clip of back in December.

Between increased radio traction pushing “No Flackin” up the charts and digital one-offs such as “There He Go,” Kodak’s constantly active (and controversial) Instagram feed should provide some entertainment for his fans through the duration of the tour.
