Chicago’s own Towkio has released the video for his Vic Mensa-assisted “G W M” today. While the track itself has no shortage of A-list name dropping and shout-outs to Beyoncé, Jay Z and Kanye West, this is a decidedly all SaveMoney affair that stays true to the titular acronym Gang With Me. Towkio, Vic, Joey Purp, and various members of the SaveMoney collective bring baseball bats, double stacked Styrofoam cups, road flares, and high energy to Mr. Carmack and Kenny Segal’s production. While his debut project, .Wav Theory, proved Towkio was more than capable of providing introspective tracks, “G W M” is better suited for debauchery.

Todd Burr directed the clip which was shot on location in Chicago. The requisite stunting is present, courtesy of a few five-figure luxury cars. And while Burr opted for some abandoned warehouse locations, the aerial views and lakefront shots present a unique visual absent of rubble porn and the usual clichés.

As Towkio ramps up for the 2017 release of his World Wide .Wav LP, you can freely stream its predecessor, Community Service 2 here. In addition to the aforementioned “G W M,” Community Service 2 also features Joey Purp and production from Smoko Ono and Knox Fortune.
