Gucci Mane and Young Thug continue their longstanding working relationship with their new track "I Told You." Produced by frequent Gucci Mane collaborators Zaytoven and Mike Will Made-It, the track once again unites two Atlanta rappers with a long-established affinity for each other's music.

"These slides are Buscemi, my drawers and wifebeaters Givenchy/A nigga be handsome, these white women say that they want me/They say that I'm country but I'm number one in the country/It's no need to tell me, I know you lil' niggas is hungry," Gucci raps on his song-opening verse.

Although "I Told You" is billed as a Gucci Mane track, it's Young Thug who handles most of the song. Not only does he deliver the second verse, but he also sings the hook. "We live bout that cash talk baby/I'm riding in NASCAR baby/I'm down with that asphalt/They know not to play with us, ay/We strapped like the black hawks/I got that boy leaking out blood/I got that boy getting chunked, yeah," he sings on the chorus.

Gucci continues to release music at a record pace following his release from prison earlier this year. He's already dropped two projects—Everybody Looking in July and Woptober in October—and he's also readying East Atlanta Santa for later this year. Young Thug has been on his grind as well, dropping I'm UpSlime Season 3, and Jeffery so far this year, as well as embarking on his HIHORSE'D Tour with 21 Savage.
