Ralph Hardy, producer, DJ, Radar Radio host and founder of NANG, has just dropped the brand new edition of the Growing Pains compilation series. The first volume of Growing Pains, released Aug. 2015, was a comprehensive cross-section of the UK underground, spanning the peripheries of grime, hip-hop and R&B with cuts from Oscar #Worldpeace, SNE, Rival, Etta Bond and Mercston. A retrospective listen to that first volume will should give you a pretty firm basis for Growing Pains 2, though this second volume surpasses the ambitions of its predecessor with bigger names and even more adventurous sounds.

Clocking in at a massive 24 tracks, Growing Pains 2 features Jay Prince, Nadia Rose, Kwollem and Mez. Elsewhere, heavyweights like Skepta and Ghetts add some high-power verses alongside newcomers like R&B singer Kemi Sulola, producer JGrrey and spoken word artist Tania Nwachukwu. The second volume of Growing Pains is just the latest addition to Ralph Hardy and NANG's growing influence, giving listeners a record label, club night, radio show and now a two-volume compilation series to get familiar with the exciting vanguard of the UK underground.
