It's hard to believe that Mac Miller is already on his fourth studio album, but with the release of The Divine Feminine, it's now a fact. The 24-year-old Pittsburgh rapper dropped his latest album Thursday night, with features from Kendrick Lamar, Ariana Grande, CeeLo Green, Ty Dolla $ign, Anderson .Paak, and more. Unlike his recent albums GO:OD AM and Watching Movies With the Sound OffThe Diving Feminine is more upbeat, featuring songs about love and positivity. Partly inspired by his new relationship with Ariana Grande, Mac appears to be in a positive place for the first time in a while.

"The Divine Feminine, to me, is the universe. I'd hate to be cliché, like, 'I looove the universe, maaan,'" Mac told Complex recently. "But it's so real. Treating the world how you're supposed to treat a female is awesome. The more you make love to it and the less you try to fuck it, the better it all becomes for you. It's a deeper experience with life. I'm trying to cuddle the world after sex, not keep the Uber running and dip out."

Mac also reflected on how things have changed for his longtime friend Kendrick Lamar. "When Kendrick and I first collaborated [on 2012's Macadelic mixtape] he hit me and said, 'Thanks for the opportunity.' That's when he opened for me on tour. I knew from back then, he's the best... at what he does."
