Drake's Summer Sixteen Tour soldiers on, but the Toronto rapper isn't done making headlines just yet. As KTT users point out, during his show at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Wash. on Friday, Drake decided to drop some major hints about what he has in store next for his music. "I've been on this tour. I'm recording new music," Drake said, before delving into some more details about his recording process. "I'm about six, maybe seven new songs in. Just getting warmed up. I don't know what I'm going to do with it, I don't know what it's going to be, but what I do know is I can't wait to come back to the mother fucking Tacoma Dome and perform all that shit for y'all."

Drake already scored one of the biggest releases of the year with his album VIEWS, but many are already looking forward to what he has in store next. Rumors have swirled about his joint-album with Kanye West ever since they appeared on stage together at OVO Fest and asked the crowd "Is y'all ready for this album?" Speculation continued after the pair put up a billboard in August reading "Calabasas is the new Abu Dhabi" with both OVO and G.O.O.D. Music's icons at the bottom.

Drake's words in Tacoma don't seem to hint at any work with Kanye West, and it remains to be seen what will come of any of his recent work in the studio. Still, it's definitely exciting to hear that he's already back at it. Until we find out more, you can check out his speech in the video clips above or below.
