Let's be real. Ellen DeGeneres pretty much has the daytime TV musical guest game firmly on lock. As if to flex and prove this to us once again, Ellen got Chance the Rapper to gather his "No Problem" collaborators Lil Wayne and confirmed Stranger Things superfan 2 Chainz for a hella theatrical take on the Coloring Book standout. Watch out, Generic Records. Chance is clearly ready to shred some presumably important printed documents just for fun.

Chance also joined the host for a chat about how dope it was to make his Ellen debut with such a unanimously beloved track. "I'm still shaking right now," Chance said after ripping through the Wayne and Chainz collab. "That was so much fun." When Ellen inquired about why Chance has refuted the major label life for an inspiring dedication to the DIY method, Chance gladly elaborated.

"I'm just trying to be an example for all the young artists that are becoming artists every day and working on their craft and trying to help them avoid the pitfalls of upper management in music, and the non-music side of music," Chance said. "When it's in your hands, you just...you're self-motivated and you have the tools that are there."

Chance kicked off his Magnificent Coloring World Tour this week, featuring opener Francis and The Lights. In collaboration with the NAACP, Chance is making it easy for fans on each U.S. stop of the tour to get registered to vote ahead of this November's presidential election. "This year, more than it has in a generation, we must use the power of our voices and our votes and exercise our sacred right to vote," Cornell William Brooks, President and CEO of the NAACP, said in a press release Wednesday.
