Young Thug and T.I. team up on "Bobby Womack," named after the late soul singer who passed away two years ago. The London On Da Track-produced cut has T.I. holding down the hook while Thugger spazzes on the verse, as he spits bars about having an addiction to the money.

The hot release is part of 3rdy Baby and Muzik Fene's third installment of the Margiela Music mixtape series, which typically features several exclusive collaborations from some of Atlanta's most prolific rappers.

The track definitely helps to hold us off as we wait for Thugger's hotly-anticiapted new body of work, Jeffery, to drop. The tape was originally scheduled to arrive on Thug's birthday on August 16, but his label head at 300 revealed over Snapchat that the project will actually be arriving August 26. Thug took to social media to explain the delay to fans, which he said was due to an issue with cover artwork. In the same clip, he teased an earlier release date, so we'll just have to stay woke until the whole thing drops.

Of course, Thug is actually going by his new name, No, My Name Is Jeffery, these days, but the name will only stick if he is able to sell 100,000 copies of Jeffery. If not, he may just change his name back, which Thug explained himself to Travi$ Scott on his .Wav radio show.

For now, we can quench our need for new Thug by dipping into T.I. and Thug's "Bobby Womack" below.
