While Brockton, Mass.' own Lil Poopy didn't win the first season of Jermaine Dupri's rap reality show The Rap Game, he made a huge name for himself. The youngest don, who was previously affiliated with French Montana, turned into a star seemingly overnight, with social media—and traditional outlets—going ham for the 13-year-old. It looks like the majors took notice, with Brockton Enterprise reporting Poopy signed a four-year deal with Sony/Epic, which is interesting considering Durpi's So So Def imprint is also under the Sony/Epic brand. French Montana is also Sony/Epic, which is the home of Bad Boy.

Poopy told Enterprise that "all of the older people – older friends – always underestimated me. They like me now. ... I just want them to know that I’m coming for the top. They better be ready.”

Poopy is reportedly set to hit the road with his Rap Game castmates for a 36-state tour, and is even rumored to be returning to the show's third season, although there's no word on what he'd be doing. Maybe with this new deal, Poopy would be on the show as a tiny mentor?

Lil Poopy's name was in the news this past June after his father was arrested as part of a federal drug raid that netted 50 arrests. Poopy's father, Luis Rivera, is facing 10 years to life for his charges.

None of this seems to be stopping Poopy; he's already four years removed from the charges of neglect and abuse that were lobbed his way for the more adult-themes of his previous videos. With Sony/Epic behind him, heads should be ready for Poopy the Don to drop some hot shit.
