The state of Drake and Puff Daddy's relationship has been pretty unclear for a minute now. They famously fought at Miami nightclub Liv back in 2014 after drama about Drake's use of the "0-100/The Catch Up" beat, but then rumors surfaced that they hashed things out on a personal phone call. Puff even showed up at the Greensboro stop of Drake's "Summer Sixteen" tour last week. Then he took the stage to accept Drake's VMA Sunday, but many weren't sure if it was a genuine congrats or a passive-aggressive challenge.

We finally have answers. According to a report from TMZ, Drake and Puffy have actually become good friends. It all started after they buried the hatchet with the post-fight phone call. Since then, the report claims, they've been chill. Drake apparently hooked Puffy and his crew up with the tickets to the show, and Puff took a private jet down to North Carolina to watch the concert. Many were confused about why he was way back in the crowd instead of chilling in VIP, but Puff apparently likes the real concert experience more than the exclusive area.

Naturally, when Puffy told Drake to come pick up his VMA at Puffy's crib, Twitter tried to gas the situation into a fight, but there was apparently no point. If the report is to be believed, the two buried the drama a long time ago, and have been carrying on a secret friendship ever since. At least we can finally move this supposed disagreement into the done pile and instead add the pair to our celebrity BFFs chart.
