Toronto rapper Kavale has been on a mission this last year. After dropping Genius in October, the rapper has steadily fed us with strong singles. These offerings include the excellent, neon-filled opus, “West Drive”.
Now Kavale returns with the emphatic, “20/20”. The brand new single off of his next full-length project, Carpe Diem, which is due later this summer. The new cut has the rapper sounding hungrier and more aggressive than ever before. The gritty track was also produced by the man himself.
Speaking with Complex Canada, Kavale stated, “This song was inspired by feeling slept on and the hunger to prove myself. With a generation sparked by creativity don't be blinded by the hype”.
