It's been a minute since Jaden Smith has dropped any solo music, but his latest Instagram proves that he still has music on his mind. Monday night, Smith shared a video of himself riding around in the car to a previously unheard song. The whole thing kicks off with a low-key flow until the suddenly Jaden is snapping over the beat so hard that he's practically slamming against the seat. "I Should Drop This On Apple Music," he wrote as the caption.

Fortunately, this isn't the only piece of new music that we've gotten from Jaden recently as the prolific poet loaned his voice to Rich the Kid's Rich Forever 2 mixtape that arrived on Monday. His feature is easily one of the most memorable on the whole project where he expertly flows on the Lab Cook-produced "Like This."

It's no secret that Jaden has many talents and has been expanding his career beyond music as the face of the Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2016 womenswear campaign. He also scored a recurring role in Baz Luhrmann's new Netfliex series, The Get Down, which also has Nas at the helm as the executive producer on the soundtrack of the show. Jaden is clearly testing his talents, but we are definitely glad to see him dipping back into the music game. We just hope we don't have to wait to long for him to drop the full track on Apple Music so we can really lean into it. For now, watch the preview above.
