It's the return of Maybach Music today, as Rick Ross, Meek Mill, and Wale connect for the new song "Make It Work." Over the booming production, Wale, Meek, and Rozay trade verses throughout the song while Meek supplies the energetic and catchy hook. With Self Made 4 on the way, it seems the MMG camp is finally unleashing the music that fans have been waiting for, especially from Meek Mill, who hasn't been as active due to his past legal issues.
Meek recently broke house arrest with a judge-approved appearance during the Philly stop of Beyoncé Formation tour, and now it seems that everything is fair game, both with Self Made 4 and his solo project, Dreamchasers 4. For Wale, who snaps on the track with a fast-paced verse, he's currently working on his next album, Shine, which he's pushing with his latest single, "PYT." Previously, Wale had said that he's executive producing MMG's Self Made 4 album, along with his own projects. All in all, "Make It Work" is just what MMG needed to kick off the summer right as they continue to promo Self Made 4, which their label has confirmed is coming soon.
