Drae Da Skimask's '10K Str8 Sauce' Mix

Woozy rap beats and disembodied voices swirl as they drift freely in and out of Drae Da Skimask's smoky mix. Fortunetely, he's helped us out with a tracklist because most of those included are relative unknowns. Right now, Drae's career might be relatively nascent but releases like his debut for Astral Black (95 Mindfulness) and a slew of well-executed mixes like this are building an ever-growing and fiercely loyal fanbase. This is just one in a long line of reasons his live sets are must-sees.

Canblaster's Mix For Hotel Radio Paris

Canblaster's always been an ardent supporter of club music in all its forms, particularly the sounds coming out of Baltimore, Philadelphia and New Jersey. Having been a strong advocate for B'more from day one, it's good to see him throw in a generous dollop of it—most notably by way of the KW Griff classic "Bring In The Katz". As for the rest of the mix, it's an inspired balance of pace, constantly flipping your expectations; anyone who can switch from a piano solo to 2 Live Crew with such ease is obviously someone to be cherished.

T_A_M's Mix For Dummy

This month saw the release of T_A_M's hugely infectious Sweat/Silk EP on Local Action, a streamline collection of warped club bangers with plenty of room for nuance. For his latest mix, he's gone a bit deeper, taking in slower tempos, crafting an incredibly immersive mix that sounds like it could have been a sprawling jam session in the desert. From dusty disco to twisted funk. The simple fact that he managed to slip in Steve Miller Band's "Abracadabra" is reason enough to include it in this list.

DJ Haram's Mix For Mixpak

It's no secret that wild and inspired experimentation is rife in club music right now. One of the most fearless is Philadelphia's DJ Haram. Here she takes the choppy, percussive style of Jersey club, her own Middle Eastern influences and splicing it up sound collage style only heightens the whiplash effect.

Impey's 'Music To... Miss The Last Train To' Mix For i-D

A name not to be ignored in the world of grime-inspired instrumentals is Impey, who this week delivered a stunning hour that featured a mountain of the most experimental—but no less club-friendly—grime beats. Just a glance at the tracklist and you've already got a sense for Impey's impeccable tastes before you even hit play. Distal, JLSXND7RS, Champion, P Jam, Hi5Ghost and Boofy are just some of the many, many club-shattering hightlights.

Sam Binga's 'ANZ Tour' Mix

Definitely the hardest of this week's selections, Mancunian beatsmith Sam Binga's latest set comes in advance of—you guessed it—a tour of Australia and New Zealand. It's not just his usual passion for nasty breaks and chest-rattling bass that comes through here; with that he mixes in dirty south rap, grime, dubstep, and a few UKG cuts for good measure. With no real tracklist to speak of, you'll have to work it out for yourself. Or, you know, you could just crank the volume up and dance 'til your feet bleed.

Riobamba's Mix For The FADER

One of the more exciting takes on reggaeton and the iconic dembow beat that we've heard to date, straight from the record bag of Ecuadorian-Lithuanian DJ Riobamba. The usual bouncy, relaxed cadence is suped up with a twisted, industrial gnarl. But despite that caustic finish, none of the body-shifting groove has been lost at all. Instead, you're left with a heavy, peak-time party. On the off-chance you're going to be in New York next month, you'd be wise to head to the launch party for APOCALIPSIS, her new booking and event production agency, next month (May 27) at Trans-Pecos.

Space Dimension Controller's For The Wire

Here's Space Dimension Controller, with a mind-expanding voyage through sci-fi influences, abstract beats and engrossing experimentations.
