You're probably already very familiar with Tinashe's 2015 single "Player" that featured a pretty steamy dance break between her and collaborator Chris Brown. Now, the singer has come clean about who exactly was behind that collaboration. When asked in a recent interview, Tinashe explained that Brown was always on a list of dream collaborators of hers. But then, she revealed it really wasn't her idea to put him on the song. "It was really the label. It wasn't me," Tinashe told ET Canada. However, she explained that there is something she would like to do when it comes to working on her music in the future. "In my career, I've only worked with one female producer and one female engineer. I want to change that."

Then, the topic switched to her forthcoming album, Joyride. Previously, the the project had a vague release date of early 2016, and now it sounds like we may have to wait a little longer to hear it. "Well, the album is facing delays, which many albums do," she says. "Right now I really don't know when it's gonna come out." Watch the whole interview above.
