Madonna’s Australian tour was already off to a ridiculously rocky start, with fans taking issue with her lack of punctuality and accusing her of erratic behaviour. Some even suggested it was a result of the 57-year-old being either drunk or high during most of the tour, a claim that she’s vehemently denied.

But Madge doesn’t seem to be fazed by any of this, because she’s still out here actin’ pretty damn reckless. New footage picked up by media taken at her Brisbane show (which naturally started 20 minutes late), could very well have the pop stalwart up for some criminal charges.

The video sees Madonna pull a woman up on the stage, saying she’s “the kind of girl you just want to slap on the ass and pull” before accidentally exposing the woman’s breast to the crowd.  When Madonna realises, she quickly apologises and offers up an interesting consolation prize.

“Oh shit! Sorry, sexual harassment! You can do the same to me if you like... you want to make my hole big again?" she said, referring to what we assume is a previous in-joke, as she gestures to her privates.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford tracked down the woman, who said she was “thrilled and proud” about what happened. However, having looked into legal advice, Ford said it could actually be a serious issue.

"Unless it was all agreed upon in advance Madonna did indecently assault the woman last night," Ford tweeted.

Either way, this “wardrobe malfunction” seems to only further compound the controversy around her tour, and is likely just the first offense in what we can only assume is a malicious crime spree planned out by the one-named wonder.
