As the music world continues to mourn the death of Phife Dawg, Mac Miller decided to release a tribute song in his memory. On "5 Foot Assassin," Mac collected some of Phife's legendary lyrics from A Tribe Called Quest's "1nce Again" and spliced them with a freestyle the group did on Arsenio Hall over some sedated production from Mac himself. Along with the tribute track, Mac took to Twitter share a number of thoughts about Phife and the impact he had on his career. "I don't even know what to do right now. this is crazy," Mac wrote on Twitter. Mac is one of many artists that have taken to social media to pay their respects to Phife, and you can check out words from QuestloveKendrick LamarChuck D9th Wonder, and more here.
