According to TMZ, Kanye West is asking a judge to expunge his 2013 conviction from his record. If you remember, Kanye got into an altercation with a paparazzi at LAX when he tried to take the camera out of the photographer's hands. In 2014, Kanye pled no contest to misdemeanor battery and received two years of probation, 24 anger management therapy sessions, and 250 hours of community service. He has since fulfilled all of his obligations by doing more than the required number of community service hours at L.A. Trade Tech's fashion school and stayed out of legal trouble for 24 months.

After years of having a very hostile relationship with photographers, Kanye's changing attitude has become obvious to the public as of late. Most recently, Kanye was actually seen breaking up a fight between photographers with a hug. He even hitched a ride from some paparazzi from the gym to the studio in lieu of an Uber and answered their questions on the drive. This is definitely a new Kanye. A judge should reportedly be making a decision on Kanye's legal request soon.
