Rihanna's eighth studio album ANTI debuts at No. 27 on the Billboard 200 chart. This follows a shaky release where her album prematurely leaked on Tidal. ANTI debuted in full form on the streaming service site later that evening. The album generated more than 13 million streams in 14 hours and sold a reported million album units through the singer's partnership with Samsung, which was celebrated by the singer on Twitter. The RIAA certified the album platinum, but Billboard is not counting those numbers. Instead, Billboard reports that ANTI moved 15,896 album equivalent units, 460 sales of albums, and more than four million streams.

ANTI's lead single and Drake collaboration, "Work," debuts at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100, earning Rihanna her 50th Hot 100 hit. It also is Rihanna's 27th top 10 hit, tying her with Mariah CareyJanet Jackson, and Elton John for the fifth-most top 10s in Hot 100's history. The song also scores the No. 1 spot on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. It's important to note that ANTI could sell around 125,000 in equivalent album units in the week ending Feb. 4, which could power the album to No. 1 on the chart dated Feb. 20. ANTI is currently available on Tidal and iTunes with a physical release arriving Friday, Feb. 5.
