Snoop Dogg's GGN is one of the funniest shows on the internet, and his latest episode with Post Malone is no exception to that standard. While lighting up plenty of joints, Snoop and Post covered a variety of topics, including sports, growing up in Texas, his musical roots, and much more. On his musical inspirations, Post said he grew up with a bit of everything early in his life, whether that be heavy metal like Megadeath or hip-hop classic like N.W.A. and Ice Cube. Of course, Snoop had to put on the viral video of Post dancing in really tight jean shorts before he blew up, which they had a hearty laugh about.

As far as how he actually got into making music, Post said that he loved playing Guitar Hero so much that he begged his mom to get him a real guitar for Christmas. From there, Post got into hip-hop and began making music at home through various programs on his computer. It's quite an interesting backstory for one of the best up-and-coming acts in hip-hop at the moment. Post's debut album, which he previously said is going to change the world, is currently slated to come out later this year.
