Late last year, the OVO-signed duo Majid Jordandropped a new, instantly catchy track on Beats 1 titled "My Love" that featured a guest turn from their very own label boss Drake. Now with their first full-length studio album set to drop next week, the pair have gone on record about how that song came together.
Speaking with the lyric annotation site Genius, Majid Al Maskati and Jordan Ullman ran it all down. "This is [a] very big inspiration from Drake," Maskati said. "He was the person who came up with the idea of like questioning if the love is genuine or if it's just for show. I can relate to that as a person and as an artist."
