Kanye West ends 2015 with the release of his new song, "Facts." While 'Ye's output this year was fairly sparse, and the bulk of his musical contributions came as a guest artist, it appears the Chicago rapper wants to show fans he's fully committed to delivering SWISH soon, and "Facts" is a step in the right direction.

Production for "Facts" comes courtesy of Southside and Metro Boomin and features Kanye taking shots at Nike throughout. "Yeezy Yeezy Yeezy just jumped over Jumpman," he starts before digging into the global brand he previously worked with. He shouts out Drake and the Roots with lines like, "If Nike ain't have Drizzy man they wouldn't have nothing" and "I stuck to my roots I'm like Jimmy Fallon." He even cleverly plays off the notion that his album has been delayed: "I ain't dropped an album but the shoes went platinum."

Based on his reference to Odell Beckham Jr.'s recent game against the Carolina Panthers and his tribute to the late DJ Timbuck2, Kanye probably cooked this one up over the last week.

This marks the second year in a row that Kanye has offered up a new record on New Year's Eve. Last year he dropped "Only One," an ode to his daughter, North West. Since then, he's released a collaboration with Rihanna and Paul McCartney in "FourFiveSeconds," "All Day," as well as a preview of "Wolves" and "Fade." Both of those songs were shared at his Yeezy Season 1 and Season 2 shows, respectively.

Kim Kardashian teased the NYE song release on Twitter earlier today:
