They basically went public with their new relationship on Instagram last week, and it might be the cutest thing ever. And while they may have just started dating, there's now footage of the first time they ever met...all the way back in 2009.
Yup, some hardcore Bieber fan went into the archives and discovered a clip of Hailey's father, actor Stephen Baldwin, introducing her to Bieber during some event. The video is both awkward and hilarious, and even Bieber said it was amazing on Twitter. Crazy how some things work out.
